Helen Guinness BA Hons is a professional coach, trainer and consultant with over twenty years’ experience in creating and developing business training courses and specialist development programmes and recruitment.  Helen’s particular expertise is in leadership development and coaching at all levels in an organisation.  She is an accredited Investors in People (IIP) Adviser and has helped several organisations achieve the National Standard for effective investment in people.  She is also a licensed trainer for Best Year Yet Workshops® and Personal Leadership Programmes®.

Helen also specialises in communication and behaviour, facilitation, personal skills development, mediation, gender issues and the problems of cross gender communications. She has worked both nationally and internationally, including in the former Yugoslavia and Soviet Union.  She speaks French, German and Croatian.

Jane Andrews has worked in the HR Profession for over twelve years, most recently as a freelance recruitment consultant.  Prior to that she ran the HR Department in a leading law firm in the South West where she saw the firm successfully through its merger.  She was instrumental in achieving awards for quality (Investors in People and Lexcel) within the firm.  She has worked with a direct sales team in the financial services sector, targeted with growing their sales force from 5 to 150 nationally within 18 months and the public sector working with refugees and special needs pupils at a college in London.

Jane has written on HR issues, is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and specialises in recruitment, performance reviews, and career development.  Jane has also been trained by the British Franchise Association.

Nick Booker BCom FCIM MTS is a specialist in strategic business development. He is a director of the visitor attraction and leisure consultants Attract Marketing Ltd  and also Booker & Hopkins Associates Ltd, who specialise in marketing and business development consultancy for the B2B sector.

Nick has extensive business experience in a career covering business development, marketing strategy, market research, marketing and business planning, company appraisal and acquisition.  His recent consultancy projects have included working with owners, senior directors and senior management in several privately owned companies in order to facilitate culture change and a re-direction of their businesses. Nick also has experience of working with clients in the voluntary and “not for profit” sector.

Nick is a Trustee of the British Postal Museum & Archive, Vice Chairman of the Coventry Heritage & Arts Trust and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. He speaks on marketing, branding and developing tourism attractions at seminars/conferences including the UK Business Incubation Conference and Warwickshire Rural Development Hub and he has advised the Estonia Tourist Board on heritage development. A Birmingham University alumni, Nick worked for a number of blue chip companies in marketing and business development roles, before setting up in consultancy in 1991

Celia Adams BSc FCA CTA is a chartered accountant who has worked at Managing and Financial Director level in a number of Corporate/ SMEs and with an AIM listed company.

Her skill set and financial background enables her to identify very quickly, solutions for companies who have recruitment issues. In particular Celia was Finance and latterly Managing Director of a family business in logistics industry.

Celia has subsequently been advising businesses (family and larger plcs) on issues relating to succession planning, profitability, cost control, acquisition and mergers.  She is now an experienced turnaround specialist  with a an excellent track record in mergers and acquisitions in the private and public sectors including change management in blue-chip companies, AIM listed, SMEs and NDPB (Non Departmental Public Bodies). Interim management roles are also a key skill set.

Celia brings a strategic and strong commercial acumen to projects supported with extensive general management experience. Her experience in all areas of resource management, includes Human Resources, ICT and health and safety.
